Founded in 1961, Las Vegas Day School is located in Las Vegas. The school is licensed by the Nevada State Department of Education and approved by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. It offers class instruction in preschool, prekindergarten, kindergarten, the elementary school and the middle school. Its curriculum offers instruction in the basics, as well as in science, humanities, arts, computer, Spanish and physical education. Its sport activities include basketball, soccer, volleyball, cross country, softball, football, table tennis, swimming, tennis, golf and track and field. The school s student aide program offers positions as teacher assistants to students. It has various clubs, such as chorus and dance, drama, quest, computer, science, student council and the National Honor Society.

Love this school. It's so organized and clean. They have a strong academic focus but still manage to sprinkle in fun activities for the kids. My son is 5 and ready well beyond his grade level.
