I've rented here one year. I'm out thousands of dollars after one burglary of my apartment and two break-ins of my car. No security, no help from HOA. I'll be moving asap.

Was going to buy in here but there's no hoa as they are charging 295 a month hoa fees. Water gets turned off for days I hear. Very dirty. Can't see thru windows on clubhouse as they are filthy....
