Specialties

My practice is limited primarily to domestic relations and family law. As such, I handle most matters relating to matrimonial law to include: divorce; child custody; visitation and support issues; division of assets and debts; spousal support or maintenance (alimony); premarital (prenuptial) agreements and postnuptial agreements; post-decree issues (change of custody, modifications of spousal and child support, and contempt and enforcement of court orders and separation agreements); legal disputes between unmarried co-habitants; as well as same-sex cohabitation, premarital agreements, and dissolutions. I handle adult and minor guardianship matters, simple estate planning and probate matters. I additionally act as a mediator in family law matters.
