History

Smooth Eats was founded by brothers Joe and Jeff Thomas, owners of Donut Bar Las Vegas, together with professional Boxer and Chef Chad McKinney and his wife, Lindsey McKinney. The small Downtown spot was sitting empty since the previous business closed, and brothers Joe and Jeff didn't like seeing it go to waste. They grabbed at the opportunity to revive yet another Downtown business. They desired another option for Las Vegas locals and workers who work in the Downtown area, especially for those who are on the go. Even though there are great restaurants here and the area is booming, they thought a quick 'grab 'n go' spot was much needed. The vision was to provide good and healthy food at a reasonable price. Since their soft opening, Smooth Eats has proven beneficial to the Downtown area, pleasing both locals and visitors in Las Vegas. Joe, Jeff, Chad and Lindsey are glad to have a healthy alternative to donuts, and are very proud of their 'little pocket of joy'.

Our creations include freshly made smoothies, intriguing smoothie bowls, heart-warming sammiches, comforting soups, potent wellness shots and trendy avocado toast. Served alongside our healthy food are some sweet treats for 'cheat day', including the famous and much-loved Dole Whip! We cater for a variety of individuals, including meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans.
