We provide quality food & drinks that help build muscle & refuel your body. With a wide range of smoothies and shakes as well as bowls, sandwiches, and even breakfast items, we have what you need before and after your workout. We have been in the food and beverage business for over 25 years. Our goal is to provide excellent service and outstanding quality. When it comes to a healthy smoothie, we have done everything to give a nutritious, great tasting beverage. We use only fresh fruit and freshly frozen fruit to create incredible shakes. We use fresh pressed apple juice from an orchard just north of us for any shake that takes apple juice, fresh squeezed Valencia oranges for our orange juice and all of our smoothies are chemical free. We also use a yogurt mix that is sugar free (we use Splenda), nondairy, and low fat to create a creamy drink that is hard to resist. We use the healthiest and most flavorful ingredients in all of our wonderful menu items. From our 98% fat free turkey to our special sauces and prepared seasonings in our salads and sandwiches. Our chicken breast comes to us fresh and we season it just right for the great tasting salads. Our food is nothing but delicious.
