Learn to defend yourself while getting fit and having fun with an one on one training session with a certified IMPACT instructor. Group personal fitness classes (IMPACT Fitness) are held in the Hawaiian Fighting Arts Gym Mon, Wed, and Fri 6-7 pm. IMPACT is a high pace group fitness class perfect for friends and couples. One on one personal training is conducted by appointment at the City Athletic Club Las Vegas, no membership required, all age, skill, fitness range, and many benefits.
