It's a regional chain with a location in my hometown San Diego, but the Rio Hotel Las Vegas location is nice! Two visits during our stay for the Star Trek Convention...one better than the other....

Breakfast-the pancake was bigger than the plate, a little bit of scrambled egg, and two bacon strips. Bacon was decent. The pancake was served cold and hard on top-wouldn't melt butter at all....
