Hair and Nails by Chuck and Jacquie are a married cosmetologist couple that have been providing hair and nail services located in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nv. since 1989. You won't find overpriced services, all day color appointments with assistants doing all the work and multiple clients bouncing back and forth. All services are conducted in a private room, and multiple services such as a color retouch and/or highlights during a nail fill or pedicure at one appointment are common.
