Guild Mortgage Co. does not cater to its customers in just the basics--You can't make a payment unless it's the full amount, period! So if I want to make 1/2 of my payment now and more next week...

Our realtor recommended Guild in 2021 when we found a house to purchase. I was on the fence at the time in buying. Giuld reminded me that the rates would keep going up, they anticipated it anyway....
