It's not the cleanest and the staff is rude. The food area is OK and they keep it organized. The food moves fast and it's cooked fresh fast but the stove is a bit rude and it's not the cleanest....

Beware of the late afternoon cashier at Grill City, I've noticed on multiple occassions she makes "mistakes" on your bill and charge you ala carte instead of combos which make it a few dollars...
