GD's Kitchen is a community-driven food truck based in Northern Nevada, proudly owned and operated by Jamie Coyle in memory of his sister, Gidi Coyle, and personal friend, Charles Rusty Belue. Offering gourmet burgers, fresh fruit slushies, and rolled ice cream, the food truck emphasizes homemade recipes inspired by Jamie and Gidi's first-generation grandmother from Genova, Italy.
