History

In the 90's, faced with custom furniture needs, the options were to buy items that didn't fill the bill and most often paying too much for them -or- scourer the earth looking for something that would do -or- just design and make the exact items needed. After a long tenure studying furniture design and all of the aspects required to produce quality long lasting pieces; I chose the latter and pretty soon, our furniture needs were filled. Word got around; and F.Y. Woodwerks was formed. Alumni of UNLV and The Center for Furniture Craftsmanship, in Rockport, ME, I continue educations thru seminars, publications, manufacturers and various tradeshows. It has always been my focus to help those with projects that others turn away from. I rarely make the same thing twice and pride myself on perfection. No job is too small. Have a Great Day!
