Sadly, this office has closed due to Dr. Dana Clark passing in April 2020. She was very good with treatment plans and Rae was the best assistant I have ever met. Both will be sorely missed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! The office staff and doctor are unprofessional and have no clue what they're doing! Avoid this hell hole of a doctors office!!!!

I was referred to this place after a bad car accident, I am a new patient, so far I've looked it. There is good service, kind staff.
