I started Fitloca Fitness just over a year ago after I had many years of practice working on my own, without the formality of my own company.

I am passionate about lifestyle nutrition and staying healthy. I vowed to give up dieting and pledged to help as many women as I could to do the same. I am certified and licensed in nutrition and fitness. My specialty for the past 8 years has been working with females for optimum fat loss in their busy schedules, therefore I do remote personalized nutrition and fitness coaching to fit your needs and optimal outcomes.
