History

Falcon Credit Management was founded by Damian Falcone to provide high quality Credit Management, Debt Restructuring and loss mitigation services after recognizing a need for these services nationwide. Recognizing the benefits of implementing technology we developed FalconDox. An industry leading software specifically designed to provide the highest quality documents while fitting into clients demanding schedules and budgets. Also in this time we founded theNational Council for Ethical Loan Modification NCELM.ORG, National Council for Ethical Debt Settlement NCEDS.ORG, and National Council for Ethical Credit Repair NCECR.ORG. All non-profit organizations whose primary goal is to supply consumers with the legal representation needed to enforce violations of federal and state laws resulting in monetary judgments. Falcon Credit Management became the first and only company licensed in the state of Nevada to provide Loan Modification, Debt Adjustment, and Credit Services in March 2010.

FCM has evolved to incorporate all debt types while preparing clients for Loan Approvals & Real Estate transactions also available through Falcon Debt Management and Damian Falcone Real Estate commonly owned licensed businesses. For years Damian Falcone has been the most licensed person in Nevada's history for negotiating credit and debt.
