The museum showcases the rich history of Eureka, featuring a complete press room from the 1800s, mining tools and artifacts, exhibits on school life and domestic settings, as well as displays on fire companies, fraternal organizations, and military uniforms.

Visitors can explore the two floors of the museum, marvel at the original press equipment, and get a glimpse of the late 1800s Eureka Barber Shop. It's like walking back in time. So cool. And the smell of the print room. If you like books and old newspapers, this place is heaven. So many cool things to learn about this quaint little town!

Lovely museum about the history of the area. The volunteer was Uber informative and helpful. She also gave us a tour of the Opera House because it was closed. What a gem of a person.
