History
We started making tacos at home for our kids parties. We invested in a New commercial grill. We got many compliments on our tacos so for fun we decided to get a business license and enter Project Taco Festival 2016. We have WON Best Chicken Taco for our signature Mango Habanero Chicken Three times at LV Project Taco Festival 2016 , 2019 , 2021 We cater baby showers, birthday parties, engagements, weddings , and or any special event where people would like to enjoy delicious street style tacos! Most recently we were a huge hit at LV Hempfest 2017, Project Taco serving up to 15,000 attendees. Also , had opportunity to feed hundreds of kids at LV Raiders supers Star Josh Jacob's Youth football camp and Johnathan Abrams We don't know what the future holds but as public demand grows elchinotacos will surely expand.. elchinotacos September 2022 We recently acquired new food trailer. Awaiting city business license and inspection. Hopefully open by Thanksgiving.

Had their tacos during the Foodieland event this weekend! Their tacos are so good and I definitely enjoyed it. Flavorful and owner is a very nice guy. Recommended!
