I was given a gift card to go and spend at the store for $50 and I was told I could not buy off of the sales rack everything in the store is way overpriced the clerk was extremely rude ignored me...

This boutique store has been opened since July 2008. It's right near Kona Grille. It has labels like Per Se, EtcEtc, Carlisle which are adorable, perky, modern to fit all different body types....
