The Nevada Assistive Technology Resource Center (NATRC) is a statewide project of the Nevada Center for Excellence in Disabilities (NCED) at the University of Nevada, Reno. As part of the Nevada Assistive Technology Collaborative, NATRC offers a wide range of services and supports to individuals interested in exploring the world of assistive technology.
Assistive technology (AT) provided by NATRC includes low-tech and high-tech devices, software programs, and equipment that enhance the functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities. Their services include information and assistance, device demonstration and loan, training, technical assistance to programs and agencies, public awareness activities, and transition services for education, community living, and independent living transitions.
