i am signing my year 3 lease. there is hope. ‼ first year very poor. second year, staff is trying to correct, all of previous year . this third year, yes there is much hope.

Slow to respond to common area maintenance issues - hot tubs and fire pits have been out of service for extended periods of time. Unsupervised children at the pool on a regular basis.
