They stole our diamonds!!!. Replaced them with fakes. Closed the store before we picked up our rings and didn't bother to tell us. Had to figure out that we needed to go to Reno store. Lame and rude.

Ok so they are hit and miss! I love the store in Reno! We have been a handful of times now and some sales associates are friendly and some are kind of guarded?? Not sure that is how to explain...
