I very rarely complain however my elderly mother's MRI for her brain and neck have been cancelled twice now. For today's appointment, there's no technician available??? Need to reschedule again....

On the website it says closes at 6pm ..I went in for a Xray at 415pm and drove 25 minutes only to be told Xrays close at 4pm.. so basically wasted my time
