The goal of our journey together is to help you find peace, create balance, develop an understanding of yourself and how you fit into the world, improve personal relationships, reduce feelings of emotional distress, and enhance problem solving skills. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, creating a strong therapeutic relationship and safe environment. I believe everyone deserves the best opportunity to make a positive change. I work with a wide range of individuals, couples and families of all ages dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, communication skills, marital/relational enrichment and life transitions.
