The Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon and Storey Counties is a grassroots-based partnership dedicated to promoting and supporting sustainable, culturally inclusive prevention services and community initiatives. Their mission is to mobilize, share, and collaborate for healthy communities where all members have opportunities to grow, live, and learn.

Serving as a neutral convener and backbone organization, the coalition implements data-driven and evidence-based approaches to improve behavioral health outcomes and promote health and wellness.
