The employees really do not care about customers nor about any complaints about not receiving their "player" coupons to play at their casino which draws local people. One of these "player" coupons...

I seriously don't know how this place is still in business. I've been going here maybe once a year since they opened (I do live nearby), and every time it is super tight and I don't win a damn...

Terrible service, machines are set to clean you out. Been here numerous times to gamble and always had a terrible experience.
