ComputerCorps

Founded in 1997, ComputerCorps is a nonprofit organization that provides computer technology and skills training services for underserved families. It receives donations of computer equipment, monitors, printers, facsimile machines, copiers, components and parts from individuals, businesses and community organizations. The company offers repair, upgrade and testing services for products. ComputerCorps also donates refurbished computer equipment to individuals, organizations and schools. It provides on-site services and training classes and programs. The company operates the Every-Home-A-Classroom computer store and distribution center. ComputerCorps offers emergency response services for victims, evacuees and disasters. It has received the ENVIRONMENTAL AWARD from the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The company has partnerships with A & B Precision Metals, Alpine Roofing Company, Ann Price McCarthy, Applied Engineering and Antioch Company. ComputerCorps also maintains warehouse and production facilities.
