My doctor left, place rapidly went downhill. Looks like it closed, which doesn't surprise me.

My family loved DR Cadaval, we were so bummed to hear she left. Now I have to find a provider for the 7 of us, if anyone knows where she is practicing please let me know I wouldn't mind traveling....
