Cinq Care & Wellness is a Direct Primary Care practice unlike any other. In this setting your primary care provider is caring for patients directly therefore allowing more transparent and clear communication. There is a monthly membership fee and no billing to insurance companies allowing more time to build the much-needed rapport with patients. The fee includes office visits, email, phone and telemedicine as well as access to low-cost radiology and lab test. Cinq Care & Wellness seeks to address health disparities which disproportionately impact marginalized groups. Our team is currently led by our CNO/CEO Ashley N. Juste, FNP-C. From 2017-2019 she was a clinical director for a startup primary care clinic and led the LGBTQ+ and HIV clinic initiatives. After parting ways with that clinic, patients often sought her out to let her know the level of care that was provided was sorely missed. Feeling a responsibility to her patients and community is why she started Cinq Care & Wellness.
