Vegas has been long over due for this. All chefs let's support Chef Sharp. Amazing japanese knife selection, from beginning to more advanced. I will be there weekly! Chef Erin is really cool.

Knives were returned sharp but scratches on the side .. if I would have wanted a job like that I would've done it myself .. my Japanese knives look terrible now
