It's a local park with a large parking lot, but not a very safe place to hang out. There's a lot of empty field in this area, but so windy and dusty, and you probably wouldn't want to come here...

This park has a lot of potential but it's not well-maintained. The views are nice, it's close to The Strip, and the walking loop is great, so it's a shame they don't care for the place well...
