Well staffed office, staff is friendly and professional. Doctor answered all my questions. Considering how touchy I am with anything around my eyes I had no issues or bad experiences.

This place has a low rating for a reason. The ladies at the front desk were nice. The technician was clearly having a bad day. Just a bad experience all around.

They just don't care. Long wait times for every single visit. They tell you to come early and you wait in a big room that feels like a herd of cattle .
