His office repeatedly don't call back in a timely manner and make mistakes regarding basic insurance and medication. I love him as a provider but his office is a miserable place.

The providers may be good, but office staff is terrible. There's no way to communicate with this office. You have to wait for them to contact you. This is no way to run a medical practice.
