Under new management since we've been. It was crowded when we arrived, not the worst....nor the best service around. Dim Sum kinda pricey so overall.......average.

This is only a quick review of the condition of the plaza itself and not of the stores and restaurants in it. The parking lot - I swear, has shattered glass from broken car windows in at least 2-3...
