I need to come back here sometimes it's been a few years I dont drink but its a nice spot to meet and chat with others inside/outside who might want to mingle with sometime different like myself :)

People not particularly friendly.Some nights it's all heteronormative. Smoking outside only; don't ask bartender to watch your stool or your money!

Carl's is the classic old-school gay bar in the heart of Reno. And it is perfect just the way it is. When I go to a gay bar I want a nice bar to sit at, strong cocktails, and a nice atmosphere....
