Was convinced to try a pillow by the sales rep highlighting the "100 day" trial period but when the zippers broke and took it back to return the same exact sales rep quickly refused to do anything...

I guess they don't need to be open during mall hours. 11:15 and still not open. The one neighboring store employee said it was a day-to-day as to when they open. Not a good business practice!

Was a big fan but I'm over it now. Service sucks and shirt sizes are hit-and-miss. You can't bring anything back..
