I read the other two reviews, and although I believe what they wrote I can honestly say that my wife and I haven't had any problems like that. We've found them to be honest and courteous so far....

These clowns sent me a letter claiming they had sent me multiple previous notices for a balance that was past due. I didn't get any of those, so unless there's a highly targeted mail-stealing...
