History

Bright Heart Birth Services started out in Portland, Oregon and made the move to Northern Nevada in 2015. In order to offer you the best care, we stay on top of valuable and current information and take our experience and training very seriously. We have recently attended birth related conferences, Acupressure Comfort Measures for Childbirth, completed Cultural Competency Trainings, Avoiding Trauma in Childbirth Training, Advanced Maternal Age Training and are continually studying pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Insured by CM&F Group INC High standards for safety, sanitation and sterilization. Triple certified in Bloodborne Pathogens and Infection Control with OSHA, American Red Cross and Biologix. Certified in Food Handling for consumable goods in safety standards, processing and preservation.

Bright Heart Birth Services Covers Birth Planning and Consultation, Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula Support and Placenta Encapsulation Services. We provide you and any support partner(s) exceptional, judgement-free, understanding companionship. Along with physical, emotional and informational guidance before, during and after childbirth. We know that every person is different and believe in fully supporting parents in the birth that they know is best for them. We will explore the birth through postpartum process, the unknowns and your options. Dispelling fears, instilling confidence and fostering connection so you can focus on some of your most special moments in life.
