Born and raised in the Silicon Valley in California, Dr. Donald Pham, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), has a strong interest in caring for geriatric patients, with an emphasis on personalizing care to the needs of each patient. Dr. Pham believes in communication, trust, and values the connection between him and his patients. This connection helps patients make informed decisions about their health and live life to the fullest. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Pham enjoys technology, fitness, hiking, and rock climbing.

Mary Ann Enriquez, Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C), says she loves working with senior patients because they have so much life experience and wisdom. With a Nurse Practitioner degree from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, she chose to join ArchWell Health because of its focus on quality. “This company provides employees with the time and resources necessary to take care of the whole person,” she says. “Our focus on well-being and preventative healthcare leads to better outcomes.” Mary Ann lives in Henderson with her husband, two rabbits, and her dog. She’s the rare kind of science fiction fan who loves both Star Wars and Star Trek.
