Had the taco at Taco and Tamale festival 2025. Full of flavor. Melt in the mouth. Went back for seconds. Wish I had room for thirds. Friendly staff and quick service.

Creating a food establishment has always been been desire to us. However when COVID hit, like many others it caused out of control conflicts within our careers, which inspired 3 family members to take action on kicking off our dream and creating financial stability of our own. Resulting in the concept of Birria Bros. We decided on this category of food due to our truly flavorful recipes crafted within our family line. We grew up on eating delicious meals such as birria, so we had the additional confidence in pursuing this path thanks to what's been passed down to us. The recipes are so good we want to share the experience of it with the community of Las Vegas

The menu is good and simple. Birria Fries is a must try! And of course the Birria Ramen is on point!! The service was nice a family friendly vibe.

Super excited they finally open a restaurant. I love their quesadillas and ramen. Can't wait to eat their fries. I'm not the best on taking pictures lol
