History

Starting in 1999, II have worked as a counselor for APS, as a therapist for Southwest Family Guidance Center. Since 2003 I have also had a private practice on the West side of Albuquerque. I took training in EMDR in 2007 and began using that therapy then.

Specialties

We use EMDR, a widely researched and effective therapy, to help people work through anger, depression, and anxiety in all it's forms, including, PTSD, panic, phobias, anxiety masked as ADHD, and libido issues, We don't prescribe medications, preferring instead, to get to the cause of issues instead of masking symptoms. We work with an age range from Middle school and older.
