History
Bens BBQ & Smokehouse originally started as Bens Fries. We made fresh cut fries and seasoned them perfectly with our own blend of seasonings. Eventually we started barbequing tri tip sandwiches at the fairs and markets in Reno. Soon we started smoking foods. We mixed our own rubs and combining different types of woods to smoke low and slow. We are now serving Las Vegas smokin good food on our food trailer.
