All BofA branches seem to be flushed this week, and have been off and on last few months. Trying to call 800# is a joke as been on hold over 45 min, BUT, they do value me as a customer! Haha...

The worst bank ever!!! Not enough tellers, long long lines and a lot of other bankers standing around the information desk, having coffee and a chat. Lazy people.

It seems like their employees take their lunch break at lunch time, when most working people take their break to go to the bank. It would make sense to me that they take a littler earlier or later...
