Every bank of A. Is trash..... i stopped going to the one on spring mountain because there is only 1 teller working. Ever... So i come to another one, and it's worse... hire people to work in your...

This bank is HORRIBLE, always an hour wait. 2 teller's only Management doesn't help. They have been like this the 5 years that I have used them

The way Bank Of America (and the Maryland Prkwy) branch conduct business is unacceptable. As a merchant I need/ expect quick and efficient service. It's Monday, they only had ONE teller working...
