Very arrogant Bank Manager, couldn't even help with a single transaction. She said she was the manager of the bank, stange approach to a prefferred customer of many years.

I'm not sure if they just can't afford more staff or what's happening but everytime I come, I have to wait minimum of 10 minutes because they only have one teller. There's 3 others just walking...

Went 2pm on a Friday was not busy, 4 people working at the time, they were able to help both my mom and I really fast and got good information. Denise and her coworkers were so nice and helpful.
