I attended two classes at this lovely studio during my vacation in Lake Tahoe in August - a power flow yoga and a vinyasa flow yoga class. The instructor was great and really made me feel welcome....

I just took the best yoga class of my life here with Mary. Amazing teaching, caring and kind. I cannot say it enough. Go here. It will improve your outlook 100%. I will be back!!!!
