Very clean, never too busy, excellent staff. Priscilla is one heck of trainer and she is always in such a great mood which will brighten your day.

Visiting from out of town and wanted to still hit the gym. I've done drop ins here a few times in the past. Office hours say 10-2 pm. It's well past 10 pm and there are no employees here still....

Dirtiest gym I've ever visited. There is trash and lint all over the floor and dust everywhere. The machines are all filthy and the floors/bathrooms do not look like they've been mopped.

This is a great gym for a small town! They have everything you need to get fit! I started my NPC competition journey in this gym. Since 2009, I have lost 40 pounds and got back to my normal self....
