It takes days and sometimes weeks for a response. Better luck somewhere else. Unfortunately I am stuck with them for awhile.

Had this insurance for 2 years, never a call or note regarding renewal. I checked to make sure they had a phone number, they did no calls. Just want your money!! Now have a real representative agent!
