ATM doesn't work half the time, NFC has never worked on the ATM, and the ATM is sooo slow. It also asks dumb questions, like when you withdraw $40, it asks if you want it in $100 bills. What??

Tried to open a checking account teller tells me they do a hard pull so I said no way. Later checked their website and it says no hard check just soft pull...I'm so sick of racism!
