I made an appointment and was able to be seen the same week for a hearing test. The doctor was very nice, professional and efficient, highly recommended!

Stay away! It has been 7 months and dr heppler has been unable to fit me with the correct hearing aid. Office staff is also extremely rude and will hang up if they don't want to talk to you!
