The Fremont Family YMCA is a charitable, nonprofit organization that provides a range of aquatic, child care, sports and fitness programs for individuals of all age groups. The organization offers SilverSneakers fitness program that includes physical activities, healthy lifestyle and socially-oriented programming for senior citizens. It provides classes in yoga, tai chi, water aerobic and swimming. The Fremont Family YMCA supports several sports activities, such as basketball, volleyball, golf, racquetball, wallyball and tennis. The organization s wellness center features over 40 cardio machines and cardio theater and offers classes in group exercises, Zumba and belly dancing. Located in Fremont, Neb., it additionally provides gymnastics and cheerleading programs.

If I had to describe this YMCA in one word it would be, "disappointing". Pros 1) Basketball courts, and really this is the only positive. Cons 1) Hours, worst hours of any gym in the world....

We had a birthday party booked for the gymnastics room from 2-4. We had the party 1st and another party showed up at 3 to use the gym room. So they double booked. Our kids got shafted out of using...
